Emmy van Deurzen MA PhD FBPsS FBACP UKCPF is a psychotherapist, counsellor, chartered psychologist, and a philosopher. Outwith her work in Dilemma Consultancy, she directs the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, and is an honorary Professor at Middlesex, Sheffield, and Schiller International Universities.
She directs the counselling, psychotherapy, and supervision services of Dilemma Consultancy.

 Digby Tantam BA MA MPH PhD FRCPsych FBPsS FBACP UKCPF FHEA is a director of Dilemma Consultancy Ltd., and its parent company, Septimus Ltd. He is a psychotherapist, counsellor, psychologist, and psychiatrist. He has worked in the NHS for over thirty years, and as a University Professor for over twenty. He is currently Clinical Professor of Psychotherapy at the University of Sheffield, where he is Director of the Centre for the Study of Conflict and Reconciliation, and an Honorary Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the British Psychological Society, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and the Higher Education Academy.
