Dilemma Consultancy Ltd™ is an organization of psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, and medical practitioners working in the existential tradition. We aim to provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultancy, medical, and medicolegal services to the highest standards of professional competence and ethical practice.  Please browse our website. Emmy van Deurzen

Emmy van Deurzen

 Emmy is a psychotherapist, counsellor, chartered psychologist, and a philosopher. Outwith her work in Dilemma Consultancy, she directs the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, and is an honorary Professor at Middlesex, Sheffield, and Schiller International Universities. 

She directs the counselling, psychotherapy, and supervision services of Dilemma Consultancy.

Digby Tantam

Digby is a psychotherapist, counsellor, psychologist, and psychiatrist.  He has worked in the NHS for over thirty years, and as a University Professor for nearly twenty.  He is currently Clinical Professor of Psychotherapy at the University of Sheffield, where he is Director of the Centre for the Study of Conflict and Reconciliation, and an Honorary Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and the Higher Education Academy, and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society.
