Dilemma staff all make regular use of supervision, where they discuss their work with an experienced psychotherapist. In addition, all staff participate in an in-house programme of Continuing Professional Development.

Emmy is a psychotherapist, counsellor, chartered psychologist, and a philosopher. Outwith her work in Dilemma Consultancy, she directs the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, and is an honorary Professor at Middlesex, Sheffield, and Schiller International Universities.
She directs the counselling, psychotherapy, and supervision services of Dilemma Consultancy.

Louise is a Senior Associate of Dilemma, working as a psychotherapist and supervisor. She trained originally as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy [UKCP].

About Meg
Meg is a psychotherapist, counsellor, psychologist and author. In addition to her work with Dilemma, Meg works for the Open University on their Foundation Degree in Counselling, and researches and writes about relationships and emotions. She also works for the British Association for Sexual and Relationship Therapy on their website and conference programmes. She has co-edited books and articles on various aspects of sexuality, gender, and relationships. She recently co-authored a book on different counselling approaches to fear and sadness (Understanding Counselling and Psychotherapy) and is currently working on another book on sexuality and gender for counsellors, psychotherapists and other professionals.
Meg's Specialities
Meg offers both individual and relationship therapy. She also runs a termly ten week group on self-care practices. Meg is happy to work with people with all kinds of issues, such as life transitions, fear and anxiety, depression and loss, conflicts and life-directions. Her particular areas of expertise are relationship issues and sexual matters. She works with people of all sexual and gender identities and practices, and people in any kind of relationship set-up. Meg is trained in existential therapy and also informed by ideas around self-care and mindfulness.
Meg's Hours
Meg works at Dilemma on a Wednesday afternoon and runs the 'self care practices' group on a Wednesday evening.
