An existentially informed online reflection group for fathers
Fatherhood is ever evolving and deeply personal. At a time when gender roles are shifting and expectations on parents are high, this online reflection group offers fathers an unhurried space to think together about what fatherhood means and how to live it.
Grounded in existential thinking, the sessions explore identity, responsibility, freedom and relationships—not as problems to solve, but as dimensions of a role that is demanding, uncertain and deeply human.
Each meeting begins with a brief check-in, develops into a facilitated discussion around a shared theme, and concludes with a reflective check-out.

Who is this group for?
This group is open to any self-identifying father, including biological, adoptive, step, and foster fathers, who would like the opportunity to reflect on their own experience of fatherhood in the company of others.
No prior knowledge of existential philosophy is required—only a willingness to explore your experience with curiosity and openness.
What to Expect
Over six facilitated sessions, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Reflect on their own experience of fatherhood
- Explore themes such as identity, responsibility, freedom, and relationships
- Share perspectives in a respectful, confidential group
- Learn from the experiences of other fathers
- Develop a deeper understanding of what fatherhood means in their own lives
