- Junior associate: £45

Note that the first, assessment, session will normally last between 30 minutes to 50 minutes. All subsequent sessions will last 50 minutes, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
If you are a member of a health insurance scheme, your fees may be reimbursable, but you may have to be assessed first by a consultant psychiatrist. This can be arranged by Dilemma Consultancy if necessary.

Professional conferences and postgraduate education:
- UK: £220 per half day or part thereof
- Overseas:

- Conferences organized by charities: Fees negotiable
No charge will be made for travelling time, but actual travel costs, subsistence, and accommodation will be charged. Hotel and travel costs will be agreed beforehand whenever possible.
- Initial discussion: £220
- Executive coaching session: £220
- Consultation within organization: £220 per hour per consultant
- Travelling time: £110 per consultant
All hours of work will be charged, including undertaking site visits, interviews with staff, reading reports, undertaking literature searches or company searches, or preparing reports or documents. The standard first class rail fare will be charged for rail travel, and road travel will be charged at the Inland Revenue rate per mile.
An estimate of fees will normally be provided at the start of the consultancy, and agreed before work commences.
£220 per hour plus £110 per hour travelling time plus travel expenses for attendance at conferences
Indicative totals are (NB these amounts will vary from case to case, and solicitors should ask for an estimate for any particular client)
£1100-1320 for interviewing client, interviewing another informant if necessary, reading up to 10 witness statements, and preparing a report. This fee includes reasonable revisions to the report following discussion with the client, yourself, or other relevant, interested parties.
£1650 for the above plus reading up to 3 ring-binders, or an equivalent amount,of documents
£1985 for the above but includes reading up to 6 ring binders of files
£330 for preparing a supplementary report in response to further questions by yourself Please note that these fees do not include court attendance and are quoted on the assumption that attendance at court will not be necessary. If you think attendance is required please let us know before we agree terms.
Time spent in essential travelling in connection with the consultancy will be charged, and the costs of travel or overnight accommodation will be charged at agreed rates. Travel by rail will be charged at first class rates. Road mileage will be charged according to the Inland Revenue standard rates.
An estimate of fees will be provided at the start of the consultancy, and agreed before work commences. Although our fees are above the rates normally granted by the Legal Services Commission, our fees have been granted in the past on special application by solicitors.
These fees are not subject to assessment or taxation by the court and all accounts are to be settled within three months.

Please note that no medico-legal work can be undertaken without a letter of instruction from a solicitor, and no medical report without a letter of referral from a general practitioner.
